Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
• Five years of leadership in mental/behavioral health settings.
• Experience leading programs in schools, hospitals, clinics, or community settings.
• Ability to implement evidence-based care and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development, implementation, and evaluation of patient care in the assigned area.
• Manage, direct, and provide services and training for mental health professionals and trainees.
• Support grant-supported or research projects in mental health services.
• Mentor and coach staff; collaborate with hospital education to address training needs.
• Ensure services meet regulatory standards and evidence-based practices.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committee work.
