Job summary

Passavant Memorial Homes in Latrobe seeks a Program Coordinator to organize and coordinate therapeutic activities for the Westmoreland LTSR, implementing program needs. The role includes supervising staff, maintaining documentation, and overseeing site upkeep.

Shift is 1pm-9pm weekdays with rotating weekend 12pm-8pm. Minimum requirements include a Master's Degree in a clinical discipline, one year of mental health experience, and a PA driver's license.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a generally recognized clinical discipline is required.
• One year of mental health clinical experience is required.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervision/implementation of therapeutic recreational activities.
• Monitor residential and therapeutic activities documentation.
• Interview and hire residential staff.
• Provide supervision, staff training and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and develop residential policies and procedures.
• Oversee LTSR site upkeep and coordinate repairs.
• Other duties as assigned by the LTSR Director/Mental Health Professional.
