Magnolia Clubhouse seeks a Mental Health Direct Practice Professional who has a background in research and data analysis

By working together, members make friends, gain confidence, and learn new skills—at the heart of the Clubhouse Model is the philosophy that work and relationships are rehabilitative.

We are currently looking for a mental health professional with clinical analysis skills to guide our newly emerging work in research, including:

  • Build therapeutic relationships with adults living with mental illness
  • Provide mental health treatment interventions in a group setting that are aligned with each person's strengths, needs, and individual service plan
  • Provide side-by-side instruction and support to members
  • Demonstration of soft and hard skills
  • Complete daily administrative tasks in collaboration with members
  • Assist members in identifying and linking to other community resources as needed
  • Write daily case notes for clubhouse members
  • Data management
  • Gather and synthesize data for reports for funders
  • Develop reporting/analytic solutions for program improvement
  • Identify patterns and insights from behavioral clinical data
  • Effectively communicate research findings to drive programmatic decision making
  • Attend and facilitate social events on evenings, weekends and holidays as required

Candidates must be able to effectively build therapeutic relationships with adults living with mental illness.

  • Experience providing services to people living with mental illness
  • Experience working with quantitative or qualitative data
  • Familiarity with data analysis software
  • Ability to work in collaboration with other mental health professionals and adults living with mental illness
  • Possess the ability to be a credentialed as a Medicaid provider

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in social work, psychology or a related field
  • Experience with SQL, R or Python
  • Experience in the Mental Health field, along with experience with Medicaid billing and documentation.
  • Experience in program improvement research
