Friendship Community Care in Rogers, AR seeks a Licensed Mental Health Professional for a part-time day shift. You will work under the Behavioral Health Director and focus on assessments, counseling, group work and family treatment.
This role requires a Master's degree and a valid license (LAC, LPC, or LMSW). You will perform intakes, develop treatment plans, provide individual and group therapy, supervise QBHPs, and participate in crisis response.

Education Level: The candidate must have a Master's Degree in applicable field. Must hold a valid License as a LAC, LPC, or LMSW.
The Licensed Mental Health Professional position works under the general direction of the Behavioral Health Director. Essential duties include behavioral assessments, counseling, group work and family treatment and therapy. Providers/Therapists who are not independently licensed will have a supervision agreement in place. Supervision frequency will be congruent with the level of treatment provided. The licensed counselor is responsible for direct supervision of QBHPs. MHPs are required to observe and evaluate QBHP performance as well as direct and oversee QBHP work assignments.
Maintains confidentiality of all information received regarding Friendship Community Care, Inc., and the participants. Conditions of confidentiality shall be in compliance with Friendship Community Care Non-Disclosure Policy and HIPAA Policies.
