Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Bachelor's‑Level Mental Health Professional with a degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field. This role provides direct behavioral health support services at an assigned facility site. The position is part‑time, classified as ACA part‑time status. Work hours are scheduled based on site needs and program demand and are designed not to exceed ACA full‑time thresholds. Mileage reimbursement is provided for approved site travel. Remote administrative work may be completed from home as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct client support services aligned with treatment plans
• Deliver client‑facing services during scheduled hours based on site needs
• Complete documentation accurately and within required timeframes
• Collaborate with clinical and site‑based staff to support continuity of care
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement activities
• Comply with ethical, regulatory, and organizational standards

Scheduling and Hours

• This is a part‑time position scheduled based on site and program needs.
• Hours are variable week to week and structured to remain within ACA part‑time guidelines.
• This position does not carry a guaranteed or fixed number of weekly hours.

Qualifications

Compensation
