Under the supervision of a LMHP, the MHP will be having one or more of the following responsibilities:
May supervise Mental Health Specialists (PSR workers).

Must have a Masters of Arts or Master of Science degree in any Mental Health related field (Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or Counseling) but under supervision and in route of licensure by the LPC Board of Examiners.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, recipients, customers, and the public.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measurement, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Maintain CPR, First Aid, and CPI certification. Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle that is legally insured to be used for off-site clinical services consultation or case management.
