Job summary

New Story Schools is seeking a Mental Health Professional to provide counseling and emotional support to students aged 5–21 with autism and related challenges. You will guide individualized interventions and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment aligned with IEPs and school goals.

You will collaborate with educators and families, conduct crisis intervention, and lead social-emotional learning sessions while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Active PA license or certification in counseling, social work, or school counseling.
• Minimum two years of experience providing individual or group counseling to children.
• Expertise in trauma-informed care and social-emotional learning.
• Strong communication, crisis intervention, and collaboration skills.

What You’ll Need
