Job summary

RADIAS Health is hiring a Mental Practitioner Supervisor to lead the RSS program, overseeing a four-resident group home and guiding staff with clinical direction to promote recovery and community integration for adults with serious mental illnesses and co-occurring disorders.

The role includes care coordination, treatment plan updates, frequent staff meetings, and licensing/inspection support, with flexible duties across multiple house locations in the Ramsey and surrounding counties.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in human services + 2 years of full-time work experience or
• Bachelor's degree in human services + 1 year of full-time work experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client care, including quarterly case conferences with the case manager, treatment team, and family/others as needed.
• Develop, implement and review service plans and relevant behavior plans in consultation with leadership.
• Coordinate and schedule client medical appointments, referrals, and transportation.
• Lead weekly house staff meetings and compile meeting minutes for leadership.
• Administer medications under policy and supervise nursing staff when needed.
• Ensure facility security, coverage for missed shifts, and compliance with DHS and RSS regulations.
• Assist with licensing inspections, client admissions/discharges, and community connections.
