About the Role

We’re seeking a Mental Health Practitioner to support our growing organization. A Mental Health Practitioner is responsible for providing treatment programs and support to patients in the comfort of their own home. The right candidate will be capable of working in a fast-paced environment, using their knowledge of psychiatry to assess patients and create individualized treatment programs and support plans. A successful Mental Health Practitioner will be detail oriented and able to work independently, using organizational skills to manage their schedule and prioritize tasks on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Practitioner (LPC, LCSW, etc.).
• 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
