Job summary

Remedy, in partnership with KMG Medical Group, seeks a physician to join our telemedicine platform to deliver high-quality virtual care for patients nationwide. You will consult and treat patients with diverse conditions, ensure adherence to evidence-based practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operations.

The role requires MD/DO with ABMS board certification in Psychiatry, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine, with at least two years of telehealth

Qualifications

• MD/DO with ABMS Board Certification in Psychiatry, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
• Experience treating depression, anxiety and other mental health conditions
• At least 10 licenses across states
• Must be able to work at least 16 weekend hours a month
• Must be able to work 4 holidays and holiday weekends annually
• Collaborative agreements with up to 10 Advanced Practice Providers
• No restrictions to be credentialed with Medicaid or other payers
• Two years of telehealth experience
• Spanish language skills are a plus

The Role

Promoting provider best practices and ensuring that we provide the highest quality of care to Thirty Madison patients everywhere is vital to supporting that customer experience. Accordingly, we’re looking for a patient-obsessed and quality-focused physician to join KMG Medical Group as a staff level telemedicine provider to see patients on our telemedicine platform and focus on delivering quality medical expertise through virtual care.

In this role, you’ll practice in an enriching environment focused on delivering quality care in a system dedicated to evidence-based medicine with advanced decision-support tools, and clinical support. You are the ideal Physician Provider if you are highly motivated by the opportunity KMG presents to dramatically redefine how care is delivered to millions of patients. Above all, you embody the KMG and Thirty Madison mission of providing access to healthcare for all who suffer from chronic conditions.

• Base pay of $130000 per year + task-based compensation

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and in some cases licensure. An annual incentive plan and differentials may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered subscription and access to CME tracking software

What you bring to the role

• MD/DO with ABMS Board Certification in either Psychiatry, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
• Experience treating depression, anxiety and other mental health conditions
• Multiple state licenses required; must have at least 10 licenses
• Must be able to work at least 16 weekend hours a month
• Must be able to work 4 holidays and holiday weekends annually
• Physicians are required to have collaborative agreements with up to 10 Advanced Practice Providers
• No restrictions to be credentialed with Medicaid or other payers
• Able to deliver to patients empathetic high-quality care
• Willingness to work across various conditions/service lines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• At least two (2) years of telehealth experience
• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is a plus
• Willingness to work regular weekends or evenings
