We're seeking registered nurses passionate about delivering high-quality care to vulnerable patients in a collaborative community setting. As a Mental Health Nurse, you will provide direct service and nursing care management to Berkeley community members facing severe mental illness.
Our outpatient clinic serves 260 patients with varying needs, many on Medi-Cal or uninsured, dealing with conditions like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorder. We operate within an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) model and other programs such as Homeless Full Services Partnership, Comprehensive Community Treatment, and Focus on Independence.
This role offers collaboration with high-caliber colleagues in a team-based environment, with case managers for all patients and strong administrative support.
