Mental Health Ketamine Infusion Nurse

Serenity Healthcare is hiring a Mental Health Ketamine Infusion Nurse (RN) for our Provo office. The primary role involves providing IV infusion treatment, response management, and follow-up care to patients following physician orders. Our approach emphasizes holistic treatment options, supporting the whole person in an outpatient setting that fosters positivity, support, and healing. Trigger Warning: As an Infusion Nurse (RN), you will work with patients who have experienced significant trauma and may be struggling with suicidal thoughts. You will hear their stories and support their healing journey. This aspect of the role may be triggering for some candidates.

Responsibilities

• Administer infusion treatments to patients with chronic mental health issues, often in crisis due to severe depression and/or anxiety.
• Communicate with collaborating physicians regarding patient care.
• Assist physicians with medication questions when not performing infusions.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license.
• Familiarity with medical software, IV pumps, and infusion equipment.
• Ability to stay calm if a patient becomes distressed.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others.

Benefits

• Compensation ranging from $31 to $36 per hour.
• Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance (you pay only 10% of your premium; we cover the rest).
• Three 12-hour shifts (8 am - 8 pm).
