Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.00 Hourly

YOU WOULD BE A GOOD FIT IFÂ YOU:

• Engage naturally in rapport building and active listening
• Maintain composure in escalated situations
• Collaborate with clients to determine practical steps to solve problems
• Have a passion in working with clients to build independence
  
  

Schedule And Compensation

• Create your own schedule with the parameters below.
• Full or Part Time - the choice is yours!
• Schedule:
• Hours worked must be 10am-10pm
• Time worked must be in at least 4-hour blocks and totaling at least 20 hours per week
• At least every other weekend required
• Pay: $17-$19/hour, dependent on experience
• Hiring Bonus for start dates in May - $250 to be paid out after successful completion of introductory period. $250 to be paid out after six months of employment. Must be in good standing.
  
  

Some Important Qualifications

• At least six months experience in the human services field
• Certificate or degree in human services or related field, preferred
• Ability to pass DHS background check
• Valid driver's license, proof of vehicle insurance and reliable transportation

Join Our Team As We Launch a New Service, Integrated Community Supports, Within Our Residential Division! Â You Will Be Serving Clients With a Variety Of Mental Health Needs. You Will Provide Services Such As

• Medication assistance
• Goal setting
• Assistance with problem solving
• Assistance with building independence in homemaking skills
• Assistance with provider coordination
• Transporting clients when necessary
  
  

This role does not include completion of personal care.
