Job summary

Legacy Behavioral Health Center, Inc. in Vero Beach, FL is seeking Mental Health Counselors to provide field/community-based services across Indian River County. The role supports children, adolescents, families and adults with evidenced-based therapies in person and via telehealth as needed.

The position is an independent contractor with a flexible schedule and a preference for full-time hours (25+ hours). Travel within the county is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work or related field.
• Experience working with children and families.
• In-person and telehealth service delivery (not telehealth-only).
• Preferably licensed (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Must be willing to travel within Indian River County.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health services in the field/community to residents of Indian River County.
• Support children, adolescents, families and adults with evidenced-based therapies.
• Work in-person and via telehealth as appropriate.
