What You Will Do:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with clients, providing a safe and non-judgmental environment for them to express their thoughts and feelings.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

What You Bring:

• A master's degree in a mental health-related field, such as counseling, psychology, or social work, from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a professional counselor in the state of North Carolina.
• Experience working in a mental health setting, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
