Job description

Catalyst Prime Corp. seeks a Mental Health Counselor in Miami, FL. This full-time role involves providing professional counseling services to individuals and families, aiming to improve their mental well-being.

Daily tasks include conducting individual and group counseling sessions, assessing clients' needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. This involves meeting with clients one-on-one to discuss their concerns and goals, as well as leading group sessions to address common issues and promote peer support. Assessing clients' needs requires a thorough evaluation of their mental health status, including a review of their medical history, current symptoms, and any relevant personal or family history. Based on this assessment, personalized treatment plans are developed, which may include various therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, or psychodynamic therapy. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team ensures that clients receive comprehensive care, which may involve working with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to address all aspects of the client's well-being.

These benefits are designed to support the overall well-being and career growth of the employees.
