Role Description

This is a full-time/part-time on-site role for a Mental Health Counselor at Breaking Free, LLC in Lebanon, OR. The role involves providing mental health counseling services to clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating individual and family counseling.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Licensure or certification as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor Associate, or Marriage Family Associate
• Experience in providing counseling and therapy services, with knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients
• Understanding of ethical and legal issues in counseling practice
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as aMental Health Counselorin a clinical mental health setting, preferably working with diverse populations
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating mental health disorders, including trauma-informed care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and collaborate with colleagues
