Job summary

Hope Behavioral Health, a growing private practice in Florida, seeks a Mental Health Therapist able to see at least 15 clients weekly, with potential to 25–35 after year one. The role requires building a successful caseload, community networking, and completing clinical paperwork.

Evening in-office work is required, with opportunities for bonuses and a supportive team environment. Ideal candidates have advanced degrees in SW/psychology/therapy and Florida RMHCI status.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, professional counseling, or related degree.
• Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in Florida required.

Responsibilities

• See at least 15 clients per week; build caseload over time.
• Network in the community and complete clinical paperwork.
• Engage in peer supervision and demonstrate flexibility.

Job description

Hope Behavioral Health is in search of a Mental Health Therapist to join a growing private practice. This individual will be available to see at least 15 clients per week.

The ideal therapist will be seeing 25-35 clients per week after the first year. The candidate must be motivated to develop and build a successful caseload. The therapist will network in the community, complete clinical paperwork, engage in peer supervision, demonstrate flexibility, and be self-motivated.

Preferred experience working with couples, families, and adolescents. Must be available to work one evening per week, in the office.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Successful completion of master's or doctorate degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, professional counseling, or related degree.
• The candidate must be a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in the state of Florida.

Employee position. Part-time for the first year while building a caseload

Registered Interns, starting at $35.00 per billable hour with additional opportunities for extra pay through bonuses. Admin pay is included as well. Licensed Therapist pay: $45 per billable hour. with additional opportunities for extra pay through bonuses. Admin pay is included as well.
