Asdheartsos is seeking licensed mental health clinicians to join a multidisciplinary team serving pediatric to young adult clients with Autism Spectrum disorders. The role includes in-person and telehealth delivery, with training and ongoing professional development provided.

Qualified candidates hold a Master's degree and a clinical license (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT). Part-time or full-time options with a competitive hourly pay are available, plus comprehensive benefits.

Job description

Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)

We are seeking Licensed Mental Health Counselors, Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists to join our multi-disciplinary clinical team.

Clinicians must have a passion and/or interest in the field of Autism Spectrum and related disorders. Clinicians will be working with pediatric through young adult clients as well as with their parents, family and partners depending on competence level.

Mental Health Therapists will be assigned clients within their scope, competence and areas of interest with a focus on co-occurring mood disorders and attachment related issues that impact relationships and well-being.

Initial intensive training will be provided as well as ongoing professional development and continuing education.

Assessment and Treatment Plan Development

Collaboration and Co-Treatment with Inter-Disciplinary Team (Behavior Analysts, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Clinical Psychologists, Physical Therapists and others)
