Job summary

Healing Haven LLC is a behavioral clinic in Michigan seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LLPC) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW/LLMSW) to provide counseling to children with special needs and their families within a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling or Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active Michigan licensure as an LMSW or LPC is required.
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
• Knowledge of autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and insurance documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessment activities related to behavioral and mental health therapy services.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Complete clinical documentation and insurance-related requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of billable interactions and service hours.
• Provide counseling services to children and families.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops for staff and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support continuity of care.
• Provide staff support, training, and consultation when appropriate.
• Assist with supervision of practicum students or interns as needed.

Healing Haven is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC or LLPC) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW or LLMSW)

Healing Haven is a state-of-the-art behavioral clinic supporting children with autism and their families through a collaborative, multidisciplinary model. Our services include ABA therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, parent training, autism diagnostic testing and assessment, after-school programming, and daytime center-based services.

We are seeking an experienced LMSW or LPC to provide counseling and therapy services to children with special needs and their families within a compassionate, team-based clinical environment.
