Job summary

AdventHealth seeks a qualified clinician to serve as a psychiatric mental health consultant and educator for healthcare teams in Florida. You will provide brief interventions, crisis response, and group support, while coordinating with leadership on psycho-social factors affecting staff well-being.

The role requires a Master's in Counseling or Social Work and an active license (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC). Hospital experience and experience with substance use and mental health disorders are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work.
• LCSW/LMFT/LMHC license required.
• 2+ years of clinical mental health counseling or social work.
• Acute care hospital experience preferred.
• Clinical coaching and support experience preferred.
• Experience with substance use and mental health disorders preferred.

Job Description:

• Serve as a consultant and educator on psycho-social aspects of mental health relevant to healthcare workers
