• Develop and implement client mental health services with proper documentation and crisis response as needed.
• Provide therapy in your area of specialization as required.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships within the agency and with external partners for coordinated client care.
• May provide program or divisional clinical supervision to staff for knowledge and skill development.
• May supervise assigned staff and interns, review treatment plans and documentation for quality assurance.
• Actively participate in team meetings, case conferences, and trainings to share updates and expertise.
