Job summary

GLOM GLOBAL INC seeks a Mental Health Clinician to deliver weekly individual and group therapy, focusing on mental health, trauma, and substance use, aiding client reintegration into the community.

The clinician will perform comprehensive assessments and tailor treatment plans, gathering information from clients and collateral sources to inform care, while upholding professional boundaries and regulatory documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required and licensure or registration in CA.
• AMFT/ACSW registration with California Board of Behavioral Sciences preferred.
• Minimum 1–5+ years' experience in diagnostic assessment and therapy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with strong documentation practices.
• Proficiency with MS Office for client records and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly individual and/or group therapy to clients.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on standards and clinical experience.
• Facilitate weekly group therapy sessions with the assigned facility.
• Complete initial and update assessments and treatment plans.
• Document progress notes for all client sessions and interventions.
• Gather information from clients and collateral sources to inform treatment.
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality of records.
• Participate in meetings and trainings as directed by supervisor/CEO.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and licensing requirements for documentation.
