Honor Community Health in Michigan is seeking a Full Behavioral Health Clinician for our School-Based Team to provide clinical behavioral health services and support integrated care.

The role requires a Master’s in social work or related field, current Michigan licensure (LCSW/Licensed Psychologist/LPC/PhD), and 2 years of mental health experience with a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care across locations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field is required.
• 2 years of mental health experience is required.
• Current Michigan license to practice (LCSW, limited psychologist, LPC, or psychology doctoral) is required.
• Knowledge of primary care integration is strongly recommended.
• Must maintain BLS certification.
• CAABC/Substance use experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical behavioral health services to support a professional care program.
• Maintain a productivity expectation of 7+ behavioral health consultations per clinical day.
• Collaborate with the School-Based Team to ensure integrated care and quality outcomes.

Honor Community Health is a 501c3 Federally Qualified Health Center co-located within 20 locations. Position Description

Reporting to the Supervisor, Behavioral Health the full time, exempt Mental Health Clinician is essential member of a high performing healthcare team. The Mental Health Clinician and Adolescent Health Center (CAHC) will provide clinical behavioral health services to assure a professional, skilled program of care and treatment is administered. In addition, the Mental Health Clinician will uphold the health center's mission and quality standards which result in better patient health outcomes, overall satisfaction, and stronger operation and fiscal capacity of the health center. The Mental Health Clinician will adhere to Honor Community Health (HCH) policies and procedures while carrying out and monitoring a wide range of clinical processes. The Mental Health Clinician will maintain strong internal and external relationships, serving as a liaison on behalf of HCH's centers. The Mental Health Clinician works collaboratively to create and maintain a culture of excellence and dedication to providing compassionate and high-quality behavioral health care to all. Productivity expectation of a trained CACH Mental Health Clinician is an average of 7 or more behavioral health consultations/ counseling per clinical day.

What are we looking for?

• Master's Degree in social work, or related field
• 2 years' experience with mental health
• Current license to practice in Michigan as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Limited License Psychologist, License Professional Counselor, Doctoral degree in psychology
• Knowledge of primary care and health center integration is strongly recommended.
• Must maintain BLS certification
• CAABC/ Substance use experience is preferred.
