Honor Community Health in Michigan seeks a Full Behavioral Health Clinician to join the School Based Health Center team. You will deliver clinical behavioral health services to students, promoting integrated care within a busy primary care setting.
The role requires a Master's in social work or related field, active Michigan licenses (LCSW, LP, LPC, or psychologist), 2 years’ mental health experience, BLS, and the ability to work at multiple center locations with 7+ consultations per day.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Behavioral Health the full time, exempt Behavioral Health Clinician is essential member of a high performing healthcare team. The Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) Child and Adolescent Health Center (CAHC) will provide clinical behavioral health services to assure a professional, skilled program of care and treatment is administered. In addition, the BHC will uphold the health center's mission and quality standards which result in better patient health outcomes, overall satisfaction, and stronger operation and fiscal capacity of the health center. The BHC will adhere to Honor Community Health (HCH) policies and procedures while carrying out and monitoring a wide range of clinical processes. The BHC will maintain strong internal and external relationships, serving as a liaison on behalf of HCH's centers. The BHC works collaboratively to create and maintain a culture of excellence and dedication to providing compassionate and high-quality behavioral health care to all. Productivity expectation of a trained CACH BHC is an average of 7 or more behavioral health consultations/ counseling per clinical day. Please note: This is a school based position with hours between 7am-4pm, depending on the school's schedule.
