Job summary

Savens Healthcare Solutions in Methuen, MA seeks Master’s-level clinicians to join our outpatient mental health team. You will provide therapy and support to diverse clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, in a collaborative, patient-centered setting.

Our interdisciplinary environment emphasizes cultural competence, professional development, and HIPAA-compliant documentation, with weekday afternoons/evenings and some weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Familiarity with diverse populations, including pediatrics, special education, and underserved communities.
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation, treatment planning, and confidentiality protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions under supervision of licensed professionals.
• Implement treatment plans and interventions per clinical standards and agency protocols.
• Conduct assessments and monitor client progress throughout treatment.
• Provide crisis intervention and de‑escalation as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and agency policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers and primary care providers.
• Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive therapeutic environment.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking Master ’s-level Clinicians to join our growing outpatient mental health team. In this role, you will provide therapy and support services to a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families.
