Qualifications

• Master’s level degree in mental health field.
• Licensed mental health clinician required or eligible within 2 years.
• BLS certification or obtainable on hiring.
• Experience providing counseling/mental health services.
• Preferred 2+ years as independently licensed clinician.
• Experience with evidence-based treatments for common disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families ages 12+.
• Lead support groups and psychoeducation sessions.
• Develop and deliver psychoeducational webinars/workshops on mental health topics.
• Collaborate with behavioral health and medical clinicians for integrated care.
• Document progress and interventions in EMR.
• Address social needs and coordinate referrals for specialty care.
