Job description

* Knowledge of service delivery models including groups, skills training, brief/focused therapy, community-based intervention for children and/or adults with serious and persistent mental health diagnoses.* Knowledge of Washington Administrative Codes and statutes pertaining to the treatment and delivery of mental health services.* Knowledge of and experience providing evidence-based psychotherapy modalities.* Ability to communicate and engage effectively with individuals of varied backgrounds, traumatic experiences, cultures, education level and socio-economic status.* Work is performed in office and in the community in such places such as client’s residences, group homes, and/or various other community settings. Occasional to frequent travel between locations is required.* Ability to drive a vehicle, traverse distances up to several city blocks, navigate stairs, get in and out of vehicles frequently and traverse outdoor environments is required.* Some client residences may be cluttered and/or unclean.* Daily use of computer is required.
