Job summary

Region Ten CSB in Charlottesville, Virginia seeks a Clinician II/III to join the Wellness Recovery Center. This non-exempt role provides counseling and rehabilitation services to individuals in crisis, including those with mental health, intellectual disability, or substance use issues.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in social work or counseling (required).
• 1-2 years of relevant mental health experience.
• LCSW, LPC, or LCP (preferred).
• Eligible to seek licensure within 6 months of hire date (required).
• Virginia Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with counseling services at the Wellness Recovery Center.
• Evaluate, assess, develop treatment plans, provide counseling interventions, stabilization, and discharge assessments.
• Report to Director III and/or Program Manager II; work independently per policies and ethics.
• Participate as part of the Wellness Recovery Center Clinical Group and adhere to Region Ten policies.
