The STAT (Screening, Stabilization, and Transition) Program offers trauma-informed mental health services to children entering Alameda County's foster care system. We seek a Mental Health Clinician for High Risk Youth to support commercially sexually exploited children (CSEC) and high-risk youth through crisis intervention, assessment, stabilization, and psychoeducation services during placement transitions.
This is a Sunday-Thursday position, with a 10% weekend salary differential to cover youth crises and entry into the system. The role involves bridging short-term STAT services (30-180 days) with longer-term care via C-Change, ensuring seamless transitions, prevention, and harm reduction. Community outreach and coordination with multidisciplinary teams are also key responsibilities.
