About the Role

Sunrise Services, Inc. is seeking a Clinician to join the Enhanced Services Facility! This is a part-time opportunity to make a difference in Everett, WA.

Program Details

The Enhanced Services Facility (ESF) is a 16-bed residential facility aimed at helping residents graduate and reintegrate into the community.

Schedule

Part-time, minimum 16 hours/week. Willing to discuss additional hours and shifts.

Compensation

$26 - $34 per hour, depending on experience. Full independent license holders earn more.

Responsibilities
  • Provide services and intensive 1-1 interventions to ESF residents.
  • Support resident placement and transition to community settings.
  • Consult, coach, and train ESF staff for successful placements.
  • Coordinate treatment with prescribers and other care providers.
  • Empower residents and support their behavioral health needs.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in counseling or social sciences; licensure or certification such as AAC, LMHCA, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT.
  • At least five years of relevant experience or equivalent.
  • Valid Washington State driver’s license (preferred).
