Job summary

Wellpath seeks a Mental Health Professional to deliver clinical services under mental health leadership. The role includes individual and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and staff training to support underserved patients.

Requirements include a Master’s in a behavioral or social science, LMSW/LPC licensure in the state, CPR certification, and experience with crisis intervention and psychological assessment. This position is open to residents of the United States.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral/social science field from an accredited college or university.
• Coursework and professional experience indicating knowledge of mental health counseling, psychotherapy, diagnosis, and crisis intervention.
• Must hold LMSW, LPC, or similar licensure; CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services, including individual and group psychotherapy, per professional standards.
• Deliver crisis intervention and consult staff on treatment and follow-up needs.
• Complete clinical reports, evaluations, and documentation in a timely manner.
• Conduct assessments and support psychological testing and interpretation as applicable.
• Collaborate with institutional staff, participate in committees, and monitor reporting of mental health services.
