Job summary

Wellpath seeks a Mental Health Professional for juvenile populations to provide direct clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapy, under supervision. You will handle crisis interventions and coordinate treatment planning with facility staff, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

The role requires a Master’s in a behavioral or social science field, LCSW or LPC licensure in the state, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral/social science.
• Experience with youth and mental health counseling.
• LCSW or LPC licensure required in state.
• CPR certification or equivalent as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapy.
• Deliver crisis intervention services and consult with staff on treatment concerns.
• Collaborate with patients and staff to establish and update treatment goals and monitor progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and reports in compliance with standards.
• Work with psychiatry staff on monitoring and participate in meetings and training.
