Description

Mental Health Professional, Licensed Masters Level – Clinical Therapist

Full Time - Assigned to the Intensive Recovery Services and Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) Program, focusing on co-occurring disorders.

Significant Duties:
  • Manage a caseload of adults with serious and persistent mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorder.
  • Provide outpatient therapy services and case management.
  • Conduct intake screening, assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, individual and group therapy, and coordinate supports for community engagement.
  • Work as part of an interdisciplinary team, which may include providing group therapy and outreach to individuals involved in IDDT, Mental Health Court, or the criminal justice system.
Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related mental health discipline from an accredited institution. Full licensure from the State of Michigan is preferred, but highly motivated or experienced individuals with limited licenses will be considered. Knowledge of local resources and a CAADC or development plan is preferred. Valid Michigan driver’s license required.

  • 2nd Year: $77,908.08
  • 3rd Year: $83,554.90
  • 4th Year: $89,606.67
