Ellie Mental Health - 128 in McLean, VA is seeking LMSW or Resident Counselor therapists to join a supportive team. The role offers guaranteed initial pay for the first four weeks as you ramp your caseload, with supervision by VA-licensed professionals at no cost.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain a caseload of about 25 client sessions per week.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with the team to close gaps in community care.
• Use creative interventions to help clients meet goals.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and schools as needed.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Provide Clinical supervision by VA state-licensed LCSW-C and LPC at no cost to you

Ability to provide different types of therapy (individual, group, play, etc)

Responsibilities and Duties

Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy

Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week

Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community

Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals

Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed

Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training

Required Qualifications and Skills

Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in social work or one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.

Required to be a licensed mental health professional in the state of Virginia.

Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Prefer candidates with creative and innovative approaches to mental health

Prefer experience with children, adolescents, and teens
