Inova Fairfax Hospital seeks a dedicated Mental Health Coordinator Lead to join our Patient Access team. This full-time, day shift role (Wed–Sat, 7:30 am–6:00 pm) supports our inpatient units, ensuring safety, structure, and stabilization for patients within a multidisciplinary setting.

The Lead will oversee intake operations, drive KPI performance, and coordinate with clinical and operations teams to optimize workflows and serve diverse patient needs across Inova Fairfax Hospital.

Qualifications

• 3 years of patient access experience.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily patient access operations and KPIs.
• Coordinate with clinical, financial, and technical teams to streamline workflows.
• Train staff on evolving tools and system updates.
• Manage escalations and promote service equity for patients.
