We are hiring Residential Associates and Personal Care Associates (PCAs) at various facilities in Lane County. These roles involve working as part of a direct care team supporting adults with serious mental illness, developing life skills, supporting therapeutic interventions, maintaining clinical documentation, and providing housekeeping, meal prep, and medication assistance.
If you have experience as a DSP, RA, Residential Counselor, Skills Trainer, or in caregiving for clients with severe mental illness, this may be a good fit.
Persons with three years’ experience or a bachelor’s degree in a related field may qualify to register with MHACBO as a QMHA-R and work towards QMHA-I certification. Our program offers accelerated training and on-the-job learning to complete certification in as little as 6 months.
Day, Swing, and Night shifts available, up to full-time (TBD in interview).
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour DOE/Credentials. An additional $2.50/hour night shift differential applies from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. Bilingual/multilingual candidates (Spanish/English) receive a 5% differential.
Must have a valid driver’s license, pass a background check, and be able to perform physical activities including lifting up to 40 pounds and crisis de-escalation techniques. Reasonable accommodations are available.
