Qualifications

• Active Ohio licensure as LISW, LPCC, LPCC‑S, Psychologist, or other independently licensed behavioral health professional authorized to diagnose and complete behavioral health assessments.
• Experience conducting behavioral health assessments and treatment planning preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills.

Position Summary

The PRN Mental Health Assessor is responsible for conducting comprehensive behavioral health assessments, establishing DSM diagnoses (when applicable), and developing individualized, person-centered treatment plans. Services may be provided virtually or in person based on client needs and organizational requirements. This is an as-needed (PRN) position with flexible scheduling.
