Catholic Charities, Diocese of Metuchen (CCDOM) is seeking a Mental Health Advocate to join its PACT team in New Brunswick, NJ. This full-time position provides community-based treatment and skills training to individuals with serious mental illness, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a BA/BS/BSW and a valid driver’s license, plus 2 years’ experience with the mentally ill population or a Master’s with 1 year post-bachelor’s experience.

Description

Works as part of a multi-disciplinary PACT team.

Provides community-based treatment and skills training to persons with serious mental illness.

Requirements

BA/BS/BSW required.

Minimum of 2 years working with the mentally ill population OR a Master’s degree and 1 year post-bachelor’s experience with the mentally ill population.

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.
