You will handle intake, scheduling, documentation, and billing while partnering with providers to ensure timely access to care.

This non-clinical role maintains organized workflows, accurate records, compliant documentation, and a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; psychology or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership, supervisory, or team lead role.
• Experience scheduling patients and managing workflows in an EHR (AdvancedMD preferred).
• Prior experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or medical office setting valued.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient intake via phone, email, and Salesforce.
• Schedule initial consultations and follow-ups accurately.
• Consolidate new patient records under a single account in AdvancedMD.
• Provide timely follow-up with patients during onboarding.
