The role includes family and individual counseling, group sessions, and inpatient/outpatient assessments, with careful record-keeping and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Requires BS in Behavioral or Human Services, a Master’s degree in counseling, Montana LCPC or LCSW

Qualifications

• BS degree in Behavioral or Human Services field and Master’s in counseling; 5+ years clinical healthcare experience.
• Licensed in Montana as LCPC or LCSW required.
• Specialized training in addiction treatment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct family and individual counseling.
• Conduct and observe ancillary groups as assigned.
• Provide relief counseling as needed throughout the organization.
• Conduct inpatient and outpatient assessments as assigned.
• Prepare timely and accurate records on patients and ensure CARF/state compliance.
• Attend all scheduled staff meetings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and participate in multidisciplinary teams.
• Other duties as assigned.
