Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in Behavioral or Human Services field; Master’s degree in counseling field; Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in a recognized healthcare facility; Specialized training in addiction treatment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct family and individual counseling.
• Conduct and observe ancillary groups as assigned.
• Provide relief counseling as needed throughout the organization.
• Conduct inpatient and outpatient assessments as assigned.
• Prepare timely and accurate records on patients and maintain substantial compliance on medical records audits.
• Attend all scheduled staff meetings.
• Develops and implements the patients’ Individualized Treatment plans.
• Must participate in the multidisciplinary team approach to provide patients with quality care.
• Other duties as assigned.
