Coral Shores Behavioral Hospital is an 80-bed behavioral health facility located in Stuart, FL, providing inpatient treatment for children, adolescents, adults, and senior adults. Our professional staff individualizes care to fit the severity and needs of each patient and their families. Because crises can occur at any time, services are provided 24/7.

Qualifications

• Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a healthcare setting or behavioral health preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Complete and maintain Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training, which may be provided during orientation.
• Pass competency exams within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to work overtime, flexible hours, and every other weekend.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, communication, and problem-solving skills with a focus on high-quality patient care.

Physical Requirements

Ability to move efficiently to meet patient needs, respond rapidly to aggression, sit or walk during shifts, hear spoken words, recognize vocal cues, bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 lbs. Ability to perform restraint procedures as part of a team, and complete documentation accurately.
