Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration, nursing, or business administration required.
• Master's degree preferred; terminal degree or PsyD/PhD in related fields preferred.
• 5+ years of operational health care experience with supervisory experience.
• Experience with trauma-informed and evidence-based care principles preferred.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work autonomously.
• Committed to customer service and continuous quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations, including staff supervision, development, and engagement; program development and strategy implementation.
• Manage financial aspects including budgeting and financial management.
• Focus on quality improvement, family experience, community outreach, partnership relations, and advocacy.
