Job summary

Children’s Wisconsin seeks a behavioral health professional to provide services to patients and families with acute and chronic mental health needs. You will work within a Team Based Care Model as a core member of a multidisciplinary team including medical providers, social work, nurses, psychiatrists, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Wisconsin as Social Worker, Marriage & Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Psychologist.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Counseling or related field.
• 3000 hours post-master’s supervised experience, or PhD/PsyD from an APA-accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services to patients and families with acute or chronic needs.
• Work as a core member of a multi-disciplinary integrated care team in a Team Based Care Model.
• Conduct mental health risk assessments, evidence-based therapy, safety planning, and team consultation.
