A local gymnastics organization is seeking a competitive team and recreational men's gymnastics coach. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and dedicated to developing strong gymnastics techniques. Responsibilities include implementing training programs, scheduling competitions, and maintaining communication with parents and athletes. Qualifications include strong gymnastics experience, coaching skills, and preferably a high school diploma and USAG certification. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Job Summary

Capital Gymnastics is currently seeking a competitive team and recreational men's gymnastics coach. Individuals must be dedicated and enthusiastic with a desire to develop strong gymnastics technique while adhering to our core beliefs. Applicants must submit to a comprehensive background check and vetting process. Job duties to include but are not limited to: structuring and implementing training for competitive teams, determining competition schedule, maintaining communication with parents and athletes and working closely with entire staff. Salary is competitive and full-time benefits include medical insurance, dental insurance and a 401k with company match.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• License/Certification: USAG certification (Preferred)
• Previous experience working as a teacher or in a fast‑paced environment desired
• Strong experience in gymnastics, fitness, and coaching
• The ability to lead in a positive, motivational way
• Excellent communication skills
