Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience designing men’s sportswear and/or activewear.
• Strong knowledge of the men’s apparel market, trends, fabrics, and construction.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience creating garment CADs, colorways, graphics, and technical design details.
• Experience working with overseas factories and production teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Design and develop seasonal men’s sportswear and activewear collections.
• Create original concepts, CADs, colorways, graphics, and garment details.
• Research seasonal trends, colors, fabrics, silhouettes, and competitive products.
• Develop trend boards, color stories, and seasonal concept presentations.
• Select and develop fabrics, trims, finishes, and garment details for sportswear and activewear.
• Create detailed design specifications and prepare artwork/CADs for development and production.
• Work with merchandising, production, and technical design teams from concept through final product.
• Review samples and provide comments to ensure design intent, fit, quality, and functionality.
• Adapt designs based on buyer feedback, retailer needs, costing, and production requirements.
• Maintain organized seasonal design files, artwork, CADs, and development materials.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
