Waldorf Astoria is looking for a Men's Spa Locker Room Attendant to join the team in Chicago's Gold Coast!

Reminiscent of the grand Parisian hotels of the 1920s, this luxury hotel features 215 rooms, over 5,000 square feet of meeting space, and 4 food and beverage outlets including a restaurant, 2 bars, and in-room dining.

• Classification: Full Time
• Shift: Various - must be available to work on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

What will I be doing?

As a Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for guests, contributing to the hotel's effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Your responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests, responding to inquiries, and resolving service issues promptly and courteously
• Maintaining cleanliness of work areas, including the facility, locker rooms, machines, and equipment, in accordance with standards
• Replenishing supplies such as towels, water, and cups
• Monitoring facility use to ensure guest safety
• Conducting financial transactions as needed
• Performing general spa duties as required
