Qualifications

• High school diploma required.

• Ability to learn processes and operate computer/payment systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Customer service, medical or spa/wellness background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a smile, check members in, and arrange appointments.
• Attend to members' needs and provide high-quality customer service.
• Take payments for services and assist with retail products.
• Assist members with equipment as needed and adhere to Canyon Ranch service standards.
• Open availability mornings, nights and weekends; perform locker room duties as needed.
