Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Kinesiology, Education, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of collegiate coaching experience.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Familiarity with NAIA or NCAA recruitment and eligibility standards.
